HOW WORK OUR SUCKERS?

1. COMPRESSED AIR (effetto Venturi):
the vacuum is obtained by introducing clean air compressed
(with a compressor)
in the circuit of the machine (Venturimetro).
Venturimetri are projected and built by us.

2. VACUUM PUMP:
the vacuum is obtained by a vacuum pump
electrically operated that may work:

a. board machine (housed on the frame)
b. separated from the machine at a fixed or mobile location

The round suckers (on our molds) with vulcanized rubber on the steel plate, are given for the taking of materials with smooth surfaces (eg marble).
In the case of rough and irregular materials,(eg porphyry and natural stone) using rectangular or square suckers with mousse or cellular rubber seals.
